What we look after
Everything a WordPress site needs once it’s live. We do this work on a regular schedule, so problems are spotted before your customers notice them.
We also provide managed hosting and website migrations if you want everything handled by the same team.

- WordPress, plugin and theme updates on a regular schedule, with a backup confirmed and key pages checked afterwards.
- Backups
- Weekly on Basic and daily on the other plans. Files and database are both included, so the site can be restored if needed.

- Premium security plugins installed and configured, with two-factor authentication set up on your logins.
- Support
- Tickets go through our support portal. Enhanced and Complete get priority, and Complete clients can also reach us on WhatsApp.

Can you maintain a website someone else built?
Yes. We review your existing WordPress site, check how it’s set up and take over the ongoing maintenance. It doesn’t need to have been built by us.
How does switching to you work?
Once you choose a plan we book an onboarding call. We collect access securely, review the site, hosting, backups and plugins, then add it to our maintenance schedule.
Is hosting the same as maintenance?
No. Hosting keeps your website online. Maintenance looks after the software running on it so it stays updated, secure and working. We can provide both, or maintain a site hosted elsewhere.
Do you look after WooCommerce shops?
Yes. As well as the usual updates and backups, we help with payment and checkout problems. Tell us about your store and we’ll suggest the right plan.
What happens if an update causes a problem?
We confirm a recent backup before significant updates and check key pages afterwards. If something does break, we investigate and get the site working again.
Can you move my website over to you?
Yes. We migrate WordPress and WooCommerce sites from other hosts and support companies, and test the important features once the move is complete.
